CSCLV COVID Update

Starting September 21,2020

To align the Clinical Simulation Center of Las Vegas  with UNLV COVID-19 Guidelines, effective Monday, Sept 21, 2020; the entrance scanning desk will be discontinued and all persons entering the center will be required to self-monitor each day prior to arrival and practice social distancing behaviors as outlined in the UNLV policy.

Covid – 19 Daily Procedures Until 9-21-2020

The Clinical Simulation Center of Las Vegas is screening all individuals for a temperature. In addition, staff will provide you this a surgical mask. A mask must be worn the entire time you are in the center.

Entry with your badge, proximity card, and in your uniform you are attesting that you are healthy without a sore throat, dry cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, body or muscle ache, and new loss of taste and smell.

The sim center staff are implementing social distancing with all areas in the center designed to keep individuals 6 feet apart and in groups of less than 10. We have marked off six feet in the debrief rooms and closed the study rooms.  Please maintain this distance while at the center.

You can bring in a closed water container but may not eat or gather in groups to eat at the center at this time.
