Gigi Guizado de Nathan
Standardized Patient Coordinator
Gigi comes to UNSOM in the role of Coordinator, Simulation Education after having served as Interim Standardized Patient Training and Operations Specialist at Stanford University. Her background includes many years of theatrical training, beginning at The New Conservatory in San Francisco, College of Marin, and UCLA, before finally earning her B.A. in Drama at San Francisco State University. Gigi has 5 years of experience role-playing with medical students, residents, and doctors at Stanford University, UCSF, UC Davis, and Touro University, as well as with human resource trainees at SBC Communications. Gigi is delighted to draw from these experiences to create a standardized patient program at the Clinical Simulation Center of Las Vegas.
